GRAND FORKS—Recently, we had the opportunity to be a part of an amazing trip to Copenhagen, hosted by the Knight Foundation and by 8 80 Cities, a Toronto-based nonprofit.
Before going on this trip, there were people in our community who were skeptical. What could Grand Forks possibly learn from an historic, large, European city such as Copenhagen?
